Molds

We specialize mainly in manufacturing and repair of complex blow molds and also of injection molds, parts and components, such as die heads, takeout elements for conveying lines, deflashing units for plastic products.

For the production of the new molds we use only certified materials. Standardized components come from suppliers such as DME, HASCO, PSG, STRACK and others according to customer requirements.

Mold design is performed using Unigraphics system, and 3- and 5- axis machining is programmed using the Delcam Powermill system. Regular visits to domestic and foreign trade fairs give us instant access to new technologies in the field of mold design and manufacturing.

Our production environment is based on procedures in accordance with ISO 14001.

Our molds, before shipment to the customer, are subject to technical tests directly in production conditions, which guarantees that our highest quality of tools.

Our mold products carry a standard one year warranty.
